The hotel rooms were a little on the small side but very nice and clean. The staff was exceptionally good but I encountered some communication issues at check-out. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel's rooms are new, very clean, and comfortable, yet the small windows may not suit everyone and the reception staff can be unfriendly at night. The service provided is a rare combination of professionalism and friendliness, offering a range of convenient amenities. The location is excellent, close to Taksim Square and surrounded by many shops, making it ideal for exploring central Istanbul. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with its satisfactory facilities and pleasant atmosphere.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were uncomfortably warm, and there was a noisy group nearby throughout the stay. On the positive side, the concierge and front desk manager provided exceptional customer service, making me feel welcomed and attended to. The location was the only highlight as it was conveniently close to key attractions. However, there were cleanliness issues in the room, with vacuuming neglected. The dining experience was average at best, with a monotonous menu. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

The location is awesome, especially for food and entertainment purposes, and near the Havatas bus station, which saved me money on airport transfers.
